The Cabernet Franc
Aged 8 months in neutral oak, this 100% light French Style Cabernet Franc produces flavors of black cherry, deep rose and red raspberry. These flavors linger across the taste buds to create a full mouth feel that is complimented by soft and unobtrusive tannins. The only thing more luscious about this wine is its long and sexy legs, compliments of the 12.9% ABV!
The Petit Manseng
SummerWind’s 100% Petit Manseng is a full bodied wine with long legs that sits at a13.7% ABV. Straw and honey in color, this delicious wine has been aged in neutral oak for 6 months and is dry in nature. It produces aromas of candied fruit that compliments its citrus forward taste and finishes with a delightful hint of pineapple.

This lavish red blend is what we like to call our “off dry” wine. With 2% residual sugar, this heavenly blend of Merlot, Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc produces a semi-sweet velvety mouth feel with pleasurable flavors of strawberry and red raspberry. Sitting at an ABV of 13% and aged for 8 months in neutral oak The Pagan is for the sweet and bold lovers alike! I know, it’s hard to believe but whatever your palate is, this wine is sure to whet it!

This Viognier & Chardonnay Blend is an exemplary example of what can be made with Virginia’s State Grape (Viognier)! Aged in neutral oak for 6 months, this wine has a fruit forward characteristic that delights your taste buds with the slightly sweet flavors of peach and apricot. With a rich honey hue and an ABV of 11.9%, The Two Rivers White lingers upon the palate with a full and buttery mouth feel.
*Did you know that this area, Isle of Wight County, used to be home to the Warrosquyoake Indian Tribe and therefore, named Warrosquyoake Shire? During this time, it has been said that the English Settlers could not pronounce this name (neither can we, really!). So, when referring to this land, prior to its renaming, the settlers apparently shortened the name to “Warwick Squeak!” And, we couldn’t think of a better name for a delicious sparkling wine!...
